Day 1

Breakfast:  Steel Cut Oatmeal with Cinnamon (1 Yellow)

Snack: Shakeology blended with instant coffee, water & ice (1 Red)

Snack: Baby Carrots (1 Green)



Lunch: Quinoa with Cucumber, Spinach & Cherry Tomatoes topped with Balsamic, S&P & EVOO (1 Green, 1 Yellow & 1 Teaspoon)

Snack: 1 Nectarine (1 Purple)

Snack: Eggs with Salsa (1 Red)



Dinner: Chicken, Cheese & Olives over Spinach, Green Pepper & Cherry Tomatoes (2 Red, 1 Blue, 1 Orange, 1 Green & 1 Teaspoon)



Dessert: 1/2 Banana with Raw Almond Butter & Cinnamon (1 Purple & 1 Teaspoon)
